1. Exchange Rate

• We have added a new endpoint that returns the USD → ETB rate the platform is currently working with (GET /exchange-rate), sourced from the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia daily USD buying rate, so you can quote an ETB amount to a sender before submitting a topup or gift voucher purchase.
